Important Information Before Ordering

How to Request an Association Management Certificate of Assessment

  1. Complete the Form:
    • Fill out the entire Association Management Certificate of Assessment request form.
    • Email the completed form to [hoa@advantagegoldrealty.com].
  2. Payment:
    • Fee: A non-refundable fee of $200.00 is required upfront for all requests.
    • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, check, money order, or PayPal at the time of the request.
      • Checks: Make checks payable to Advantage Gold Realty and mail them to:

        Jacksonville, NC 28540
      • PayPal: Select the applicable amount from the dropdown box below and make your payment.
  3. Submission:
    • Ensure that the request form and payment are both received by our office for the processing to begin.
    • Requests will not be processed without an anticipated closing date and payment.
Please do not submit HOA Information Requests for associations we do not manage. You can verify if we manage the requested association by searching on the Association Websites tab. Association Websites
